Western United Fish Company began as the dream of owner Alex Tran. He started his company with two employees, importing fish from independent Asian sources and processing, packaging and selling his products to wholesale distributors on the West Coast. Just over three years later he oversees a domestic staff of approximately forty-five employees and an even larger workforce in Southeast Asia.
